The Real Estate School

The Real Estate School was founded in 1976 and purchased by its current owner, Donald R. Haven, in 1986. Don was a teacher at the school at the time of purchase, and has been the school's Director and Head Instructor ever since.

Over the years, we’ve expanded the school’s course offering to include initial Salesperson Licensing Courses, as well as Continuing Education and Broker-level Courses, in both New Jersey & Pennsylvania. The Real Estate School has been offering Continuing Education classes in Philadelphia, PA since 2009. Most recently, we have added an initial licensing course for PA Salespeople out of our beautiful new classroom in Northeast Philadelphia.

THE Real Estate School has a variety of convenient locations in NJ and PA. Our main classroom is located at Camden County College's Rohrer Campus on Rt. 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ. We recently added an additional classroom on Red Lion Road in Northeast Philadelphia. These are the two locations available for students who want to get licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson. For those who are already licensed, we run Continuing Education classes in Cherry Hill, Blackwood, East Windsor (Princeton Area), Clark and Parsippany, as well as Philadelphia.
